As a physician, you know first hand that our nation's medical liability system is broken. It's currently a system designed to protect personal injury lawyers, not patients or physicians.

Never before has there been a greater consensus on this important issue. The U.S. House of Representatives has passed comprehensive medical liability reform legislation nine times since 1995. And the President has said repeatedly that he will sign it into law.

Currently, efforts to protect access to quality health care for all patients is being blocked by a handful of U.S. Senators who receive millions of dollars in campaign contributions from – you guess it – personal injury lawyers.

Protect Patients Now needs to make sure that the voices of every patient, physician and concerned citizen are heard by the Representatives in Washington, DC.
